I was supposed to have another locksmith come by and program a new key fob, but they were a no-show. I called Vitali, and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule the same day. He texted me a heads up when he was on his way to me. Super professional, and got the job done in under 10 minutes. Absolutely recommend Prime Locksmith. I got locked out of my closet, which has a fingerprint lock, and unfortunately left the spare key inside. I found Prime Locksmith on Google and called right away. Vitali answered immediately and asked me to send a photo of the lock so he could confirm whether he’d be able to open it. He arrived within 15 minutes and was able to get the lock open in about 15–20 minutes. Super responsive, professional, and efficient. Wonderful man - This may not have anything to do with the service BUT as Vitalli performed his work in his van — I noticed 2 things; his work space as organized and clean, that tells me a lot about his integrity, his ethics and care for other people’s goals.
